For more than 20+ years, he’s been pushing the boundaries of technology and innovation globally. With expertise spanning retail, communications and entertainment, he’s successfully built and managed teams in Asia, Australia, Europe and North and South America.
No stranger to the start-up scene, Scott’s helped transform companies like Skype, Knewton and Rdio into industry leading, global players.
As employee number 12 at Skype, he was responsible for growing the telecom business from zero to $800 million in revenue. He went on to successfully lead Rdio’s global expansion to 80+ countries, navigating the complex domain of global music rights in the process.
Today Scott lives with his wife and two kids in Toronto, Canada. When not dabbling in the world of property data, you can find him traveling, sailing or skiing.

As a co-founder of the R+ Agency in New York and the former Global Managing Director at the Jed Root Group, he’s successfully managed clients that include Vince, Solid and Striped, Re/done, Max Mara, Circus by Sam Edelman, Sea-NY and more.
Currently living between New York and LA, Sven speaks three languages and enjoys traveling. He is an active contributor to Malaika, a non-profit operating in the Democratic Republic of Congo that’s dedicated to empowering girls and their communities through education.
Michael lives and breathes commercial real estate, working closely with the ARS product and data teams to deliver unrivaled value and insight to clients.

In 2008, he joined the founding team of Savitt Partners – a full-service brokerage dedicated to addressing the unmet property needs of creatives, media companies and tech start-ups. He worked closely with his associates to successfully launch Space 530, one of the world’s first creative co-working spaces (for fashion companies) located in the heart of New York’s Fashion District.
Over the past 10+ years, Michael’s developed one of the leading brokerage teams in New York. His relationships with some of the largest family real estate offices, brokerage firms and landlords including Hines, Rudin Management, Trinity Real Estate, CIM and The Kaufman Organization, offering ARS’ clients first-mover advantage.
Prior to founding ARS, Michael beat out a number of leading U.S. brokerage offices to source, secure and negotiate over 1 million+ sq ft of space for coworking giant WeWork. Over the years, he has represented some of the world’s leading organizations, including, Glossier, WME/IMG, Frame Denim, Bundesliga, Mother Advertising and Baron&Baron.
Today Michael and his wife live between Montauk and Brooklyn with their dogs Buckley and Montana. Michael spends his free time playing music, sailing the seas of Montauk and working on his homes.

A seasoned real estate expert, Sam spent the past 10+ years championing key initiatives that included tenant advisory, agency leasing, branding and portfolio strategies.
A driven and passionate leader, She’s collaborated closely with the world’s leading real estate companies, including Baron Capital, Fir Tree Partners and Frederick Wildman to oversee a range of multi-million dollar deals and initiatives.
As the former Senior Director and Team Lead at SquareFoot and an avid proptech expert and enthusiast, she recognizes the role data and technology plays in remaining competitive in today’s real estate market.
Her extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate sector paired with a deep understanding of how technology can benefit brokers and landlords is what makes Samantha one of the most sought after experts in the industry.
Sam currently lives in New York City where she grew up. She loves to travel, stay active and spend time with family and friends.
Jeff oversees A Retail Space’s main property platform, working closely with clients and our internal teams to deliver a professional and seamless solution.
With more than 10+ years experience, Jeff has successfully designed, developed and delivered industry leading applications for some of Canada’s leading businesses and government organizations. A winner of the 2015 URISA Ontario People’s Choice Award for Best App, he’s constantly looking for new and innovative ways to add value to the user experience.
A graduate of York University’s Fine Arts program and a background in classical animation, Jeff understands the principles of design and how to best apply them to today’s digital solutions. With his finger on the pulse of art and technology, he understands the complexities of UX/UI and how to create unique experiences that resonate with today’s digitally-driven consumers.
Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Jeff is an avid ultimate frisbee player and enjoys rock climbing, drawing and reading.
As Head of Growth, Colin is responsible for driving growth of ARetailSpace's digital footprint on owned properties and beyond.
Colin has spent the last 5 years helping build and execute growth and product strategy for several other digital-native consumer brands like bus.com, Crew, Remote Year, and Resident.
As both a growth marketer designer, Colin commands a unique skills set that places him in the a unique position of being able to drive traffic and interest in products and ideas as well as convert traffic into users.
Colin has worked remotely for most of his career including stints as a 'digital nomad', working from far off corners of the earth. Now, he calls Rothesay, New Brunswick home, spending his spare time playing tennis, hiking and camping, and building independent tech projects at his website colinjam.es.
